עמיקל נועד לעמילי מכס, והמסמכים שמעובדים בו הם נתונים מסחריים רגישים של הלקוחות ושל שולחיהם. אנחנו מתייחסים אליהם בהתאם.Amikal is built for customs brokers, and the documents it processes are sensitive commercial data belonging to clients and their principals. We treat them accordingly.

אילו נתונים נאספיםWhat data we collect

• מסמכי משלוח שאתה מעלה — חשבוניות, רשימות אריזה, שטרי מטען, תעודות, דפי מוצר, והנתונים המופקים מהם.Shipping documents you upload — invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, product sheets, and the data extracted from them.
• פרטי חשבון — שם, משרד, אימייל וטלפון שמסרת בטופס יצירת קשר או בהרשמה.Account details — name, firm, email and phone you provide in the contact form or on sign-up.
• נתוני שימוש טכניים — מדדים בסיסיים על אופן השימוש, לצורך תפעול ושיפור השירות.Technical usage data — basic metrics on how the service is used, for operating and improving it.

היכן הנתונים נשמריםWhere the data is stored

התשתית מתוכננת לפעול על שרתי ענן בישראל (AWS, אזור il-central-1, תל אביב), כך שנתוני הלקוחות יישמרו בישראל.The infrastructure is planned to run on cloud servers in Israel (AWS, region il-central-1, Tel Aviv), so that client data is stored in Israel.

לאישור בפריסה — AWS il-central-1 (תל אביב). לא לאשר מיקום אחסון סופי עד שהמערכת תעלה לאוויר בפועל. עד אז הניסוח לעיל הוא כוונת תכנון, לא הצהרה מחייבת.To confirm at deployment — AWS il-central-1 (Tel Aviv). Do not assert a final storage location until the system is actually live. Until then the wording above is a design intention, not a binding statement.

מי ניגש לנתוניםWho accesses the data

• אתה ומשתמשים שהרשית במשרדך.You and the users you authorise in your firm.
• צוות עמיקל — רק במידה הנדרשת לתפעול, תמיכה ואבחון תקלות, ותחת מגבלות גישה.The Amikal team — only to the extent needed for operation, support and troubleshooting, and under access controls.
• ספקי תשתית / עיבוד — למילוי בפריסה: רשימת נותני השירות שמעבדים נתונים בשמנו (אירוח, מודל שפה וכד׳), ובאילו תנאים.Infrastructure / processing sub-providers — to fill in at deployment: the list of service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, language model, etc.), and under what terms.

איננו מוכרים נתונים ואיננו משתפים אותם עם צד שלישי לצרכים מסחריים.We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

שמירה ומחיקהRetention and deletion

מדיניות שמירה — למילוי: משך שמירת המסמכים והנתונים, ואופן המחיקה לבקשתך.Retention policy — to fill in: how long documents and data are kept, and how deletion is handled on request.
